PGIA Response to COVID-19

The Printing and Graphic Arts Industries Association of Alberta has decided to suspend all planned association events and activities until the end of May, 2020 due to health concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are monitoring health advisories and will communicate with you when future events become possible.  

Helping to protect your health is of prime concern and the reason for our taking this action. We encourage everyone to stay home or practice safe social distancing when it is necessary to go out. These steps will help flatten the curve of the spread of the virus.

The ongoing spread of the COVID-19 virus is having devastating and far-reaching economic impact and those of us in the graphic arts community are not exempt. The PIA has released a Flash Report titled Economic and Print Market Update: Projecting a Path Forward that speaks to the potential economic impact of the virus. You can access the free report here:
